What happens if it rains
during the event?
If it rains during the
event, Air bounce rental staff will determine whether it is safe to continue
using the inflatable or other rides. Typically a short, light rain can be tolerated
without any safety concerns. With
more rain though, the bouncer often become slippery. Once safety is compromised, Air Bounce staff will
close the rides until the weather improves. If you cancel within 48 hours of
the event, you will get a full
refund. If you cancel before ride setup has begun, we will bill 20%
of invoice to cover payroll and travel
expenses. In the event the inflatable’s are set up and
rain occurs during the event, the entire
contracted amount is required. See the cancellation policy for information
regarding refunds.
What is your cancellation
policy?
If you cancel within 48
hours of the event, there will be no charge. If you cancel with less than
48 hours notice Air bounce will then require a deposit on your next event. If you cancel after Air Bounce rental staff is on site and beginning
to setup, you are to pay
the entire contract amount. This policy is necessary to cover expenses such as
travel, payroll, and loss of a
potential business day.In the unfortunate event
of a cancellation, you may be able to use all or a portion of the contract
amount toward a timely
rescheduled event. The amount of credit issued will be determined at the
discretion of Air Bounce, Inc staff.

need to reserve rides / inflatable?

our home offices in Schaumburg or Elgin, Illinois.
Can we set-up inflatable / rides
inside?
Yes, as long as there is
enough space to operate safely. The recommended space requirements
for the inflatable can be found on their respective web pages.
Can adults use the rides?
Are there age requirements?
Yes, in most cases. We
allow anyone 180lbs or under to freely play in the inflatable. There are special circumstances
where we relax this limit. This limit is imposed by Air Bounce Staff as an
added safety measure and will only
be relaxed at the discretion of our staff. There are age requirements. As a courtesy to our customers
